The client brief was to create a cost-effective, high-end and sustainable multi-use packaging format that can be quickly re-engineered for different products within their glove and ball range.
Our creative and cardboard engineers brainstormed ideas with the client. Following this, Penrose developed several prototypes using the latest CAD/CAM and 3D modelling applications, providing the client with tangible mock-ups to ensure that the products are protected and easy to pack and unpack the product.
On approval of format, our creative team layout the designs for the packaging, while tweaking dimensions to ensure materials used was maximised and the packaging of the gloves would securely hold the various glove sizes.
Designed, printed, die-cut and made up entirely in-house, our solution provided the client with an all-encompassing solution to their packaging problem.
