Background

One of the biggest insurance companies in the world, AXA, has been helping people since 1816. Employing circa 126,000 employees worldwide, with annual revenues of €104 billion (2019), Axa required a full campaign response service for a joint venture project with the global credit card company, American Express, to launch a series of insurance products.

Approach

Our creative team designed an engaging and informative ‘Welcome Pack’ for policyholders. The pack included a brochure, policy documents, welcome letter, housed in a bespoke folder, all personalised to the policyholder. The key requirement was to ensure the insurance packs were sent out, in-line with the SLA’s and the global/UK media campaign and provide reporting back to the client.

Delivery

Daily, policyholder’s information was provided to personalise the content of the packs per their insurance product(s). The elements were personalised, collated inserted into the folder and mailed out on the same day and mailing evidenced to the client.

Impact/Result

Allowed the client to concentrate on their principal business, helping and supporting their clients while growing their business, and trusting Penrose’s expertise to design and deliver their message with aplomb.
